Rear coil and shockie adjustment

Hey all
Any advice how much coil tension and shock compression is a good starting point for my ford ute I am about to test and tune for the first time.
Running on a good condition track 1/8 mile
Car spec
Engine clevo 393 on methanol 680HP
TRANS C4 Coan with trans brake
Fourlink rear with anti roll bar
33/15/15 big digger paddles
Rear suspension QA1 coils and shocks

First off welcome to the forum! I won't be much help with your questions, soon enough someone will help out. But you say you run 1/8 mile on dirt? Any videos of this! That's awful far, we all only run 300ft.
